Mr Jac Adamo (Chairman)
Jac is a Pastor at GodFirst Church. He is married to Megan and has three children; Melissa, Darren and James. Jac’s passion for seeing disadvantaged communities empowered spurs us regularly to evaluate what we are doing and ensure we really are impacting in a positive, life-giving way. Jac is the Chairman of the Board.
Mrs Maita Skyle
Maita has an MA in Development Studies and varied experience in working with developmental organisations across Africa. She is married to Reagan and they have just had their second child, another beautiful boy Cole Levi, in August 2015.
Mr James Wellsted
James is the Financial Director of Excellerate Holdings. He is married to Erma and has two daughters; Mia and Amy. James’ expertise in the world of finance is a huge asset for us; he carries the financial portfolio for Philile.
Mrs Twaambo Muleza
Twaambo is an Attorney based at a boutique law firm in Johannesburg. She is married to Prince and brings a wealth of legal knowledge to our team.
Mrs Clem Grey
Clem has a B. Sc (UCT) and a Graduate Certificate in Education; and over 30 years teaching experience in High Schools in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. She is married to Alan and they have two children Nicky and Peter and four grandchildren.
Mrs Thenjiwe Gukuta
Thenjiwe is an anaesthetist at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital. She is married to Tino and is a wonderful asset in bringing her expertise in the arena of health into the mix.
Mr Mesuli Tshele
Mesuli is a Bcom Marketing and Management graduate. He was born in a small town called Lusikisiki in the east of Eastern Cape and Grew up in Queenstown where he completed his primary school career. He then moved to Bloemfontein to complete his High school.
Mesuli has been involved in a lot of internships and mission trips to places including Lesotho. He has served in several church leadership teams – Godfirst wits and UJ and Godfirst Fourways. He is very passionate about preaching and discipleship. Along with a wealth of passion and enthusiasm that Mesuli brings to the Board, he is also the Philile Foundation Brand Ambassador.

CEO: Ms Jenn Coles
With 17 years experience in tertiary education, Jenn Coles holds a Master’s Degree in Development and Management from North-West University. It is in completing her Master’s degree that she developed a love for sustainable development and realised the importance of the 3 P’s – profit, planet and people.
Jenn’s interests include swimming, reading, photography, camping, game viewing, 4x4ing, listening to music and spending time with good friends. She believes that travelling can definitely be a hobby! Her passion is to make a difference through the holistic empowerment of people. Jenn is passionate about using innovation and technology to help people work smarter and not harder. A people person – Jenn loves to connect with people and enjoys sharing a heartfelt laugh.
Financial Manager : Hayley Stokoe
Hayley is originally from Howick, and after 8 years living abroad, returned and settled in Johannesburg.
She has a National Diploma in Internal Auditing through Unisa. Hayley is married to Graham and they have two children, Kyle and Jessica.
