Meet the Board of Directors

Mr Themba Dlamini (CA) SA (Chairman)

Themba is a gifted speaker with a unique ability to communicate complex matters in a simple manner with original humour. Themba has a passion for inspiring others and he believes he has a calling to help others realize their true potential to reach the stars.

Themba is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and has a total of 13 year’s experience working in the private and public sectors in organizations such as the Auditor General of South Africa, the Independent Electoral Commission and R-group Management. In 2016 Themba founded Imani HT (Pty) Ltd which is a strategy, financial solutions firm. He also serves as an Executive Director of Dunamis Management Services (Pty) Ltd which is a Management Advisory Firm

Mrs Kate Hampton

Kate Hampton has taught Mathematics and Physical Science from Grade 8 to Grade 12 in schools in the KwaZulu Natal, Western Cape and Gauteng. She has served on numerous whole school management teams. In the last couple of years, she has managed bursary programmes. These bursaries were awarded to children to ensure that better schools were identified for the recipients, their fees paid, uniforms and textbooks sourced and their academic progress and performance monitored. This is her real passion as she believes that good and safe education for children from pre-primary to tertiary levels must be a priority.

Mr Mesuli Tshele


Mesuli is a Bcom Marketing and Management graduate. He was born in a small town called Lusikisiki in the east of Eastern Cape and Grew up in Queenstown where he completed his primary school career. He then moved to Bloemfontein to complete his High school.

Mesuli has been involved in a lot of internships and mission trips to places including Lesotho. He has served in several church leadership teams – Godfirst wits and UJ and Godfirst Fourways. He is very passionate about preaching and discipleship. Along with a wealth of passion and enthusiasm that Mesuli brings to the Board, he is also the Philile Foundation Brand Ambassador.

Munyaradzi Musiwacho

Munyaradzi Musiwacho is a community development practitioner with experience spanning over 10 years. He implemented public health initiatives and develop leadership skills among youth through implementing HIV/AIDS boot camps for 1500 youth and promoting access to quality education for children in Zimbabwe. He has worked with United Children of Africa leading the Programs Department in which he was directly responsible for projects implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

He also was the overall contact person with organizational funding partners ensuring that agreed contracts are adhered to and targets met. 

In 2014, Munyaradzi was crucial in setting up an Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) program supported by Roger Federer Foundation.

This program has led to access to quality ECD education for over 8000 children and in 60 primary schools. He led the launch of an international intercultural and HIV/AIDS awareness program implemented in Zimbabwe and supported by the Danish Youth Council. His major strength lies in exceptional public relations, corporate governance and analytical skills.

Munyaradzi is married to Elinet and they have two children, Ryan and Bronwyn.

CEO: Ms Jenn Coles

With 17 years experience in tertiary education, Jenn Coles holds a Master’s Degree in Development and Management from North-West University. It is in completing her Master’s degree that she developed a love for sustainable development and realised the importance of the 3 P’s – profit, planet and people.

Jenn’s interests include swimming, reading, photography, camping, game viewing, 4x4ing, listening to music and spending time with good friends. She believes that travelling can definitely be a hobby! Her passion is to make a difference through the holistic empowerment of people. Jenn is passionate about using innovation and technology to help people work smarter and not harder. A people person – Jenn loves to connect with people and enjoys sharing a heartfelt laugh.

Financial Manager: Hayley Stokoe

Hayley is originally from Howick, and after 8 years living abroad, returned and settled in Johannesburg.

She has a National Diploma in Internal Auditing through Unisa. Hayley is married to Graham and they have two children, Kyle and Jessica.
